Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic TAN Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their tanning needs, and promoting our products. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting tanning products that meet their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and sales.
- Follow processes and procedures daily.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and all daily tasks are completed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities with customers to hit the team sales goal everyday.
- Maintain merchandising/cleaning standards to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Foster a positive shopping experience through effective communication skills and customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work weekend and day shifts, nights as needed.
- Sales experience not mandatory but recommended.
