LA Fitness is seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness. In order to be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator, & enjoy sales, marketing, & building a great culture in our club.
Important: If you are uncomfortable doing sales, marketing, or making phone calls to prospects this is not the position for you.

Daily Responsibilities:
Membership Sales
Membership Account Management
Answering calls & emails
Cleaning & Organizing
Scheduling appointments
Daily Inventory
We do have a proven system set in place that helps guests overcome their obstacles in starting a fitness regime. When used properly, this system hardly feels like sales at all!
Club Promotional Marketing:
We LOVE out of the box type marketing. Though, we do use traditional strategies, we really like a more personal non-typical approach. Social Media savvy is a huge plus.
Community Outreach:
Being a part of our community is one of the most important things to us! We believe that getting to a Healthier Place begins here. We like to actively participate in community events
