What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance Coordinator position at L.A. Drew, Inc.?
LA Drew is looking for a shop maintenance employee to add to our team! This position is a year round full-time maintenance role that keeps both our crews and small equipment running. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, familiar with basic building management, communicate well, and be a self-starter. We are looking for someone that enjoys working on their own and can stay motivated, while also being a team player when needed. Experience with repairs on power tools and small motors is a plus!
General Responsibilities Include:
-Organization and maintenance of onsite facilities
---Keeping track of power tools going in and out
---Ensuring routine maintenance on tools and small motors
---Ensuring site and building crews can find supplies and materials easily
-Small engine repair and maintenance
---Including small machines like leaf blowers, generators, etc.
-Power tool repair and maintenance
---Including tools like drills and power saws
-Assist the shop mechanic when needed
-Ensure a controlled method of intaking large deliveries
-Support to our field crews
---To include small jobs and/or helping deliver tools or supplies from main office to job sites when needed.
