Overview
L.A. Drew is looking for a CDL A/B licensed driver to join the team for a full-time role. Applicants must be motivated, responsible, and great with communication. Drivers will be expected to care for the equipment they're working with and be highly organized.
Responsibilities
- Operate tractors with lowbed, dump trucks, and dump trailers.
- Haul equipment when necessary to sites
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment on trailers
- Operate in a safe manner and following all local laws
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs of equipment and materials as mandated by office team
- Communicate effectively with office, supervisors, and site teams.
Experience
- 3 years of proven experience in dump trucks, lowbeds, and dump trailers.
- Valid CDL A or B license with clean driving record
- Experience loading and unloading heavy equipment (nice to have)
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
