Chocolate Grating Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Chocolate Grating Operator to join our dynamic food manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for precisely grating high-quality chocolate products to support various stages of food production. Your expertise will ensure that chocolate is prepared efficiently and safely for incorporation into confectionery items, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food processing, culinary techniques, and equipment operation, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products to consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• · Fulfilling all orders of chocolate grating for retail, mail order, and cooking station
• · Warehouse storage handling and organization
• · Maintaining cleaning and maintenance schedule on chocolate chopping machine
• · Stocking of chocolate melting equipment with proper chocolate varieties
• · Familiarization with all different chocolate mix formulas for drink making
• · Various chocolate assistant tasks in main production
• Performs other related duties as assigned. (This is to be on every job description)
• · Ensuring proper mix of chocolate for chopping
• · Proper setting up of grating machine and technical understanding of operating
• · Supplying shipping and mail order with daily needs of grated chocolate for proper flow of operation
• · Keeping grating area clean and organized

Education and Experience:

• · High school diploma

Physical Requirements:

• · Comfortable standing all the time during work hours
• · Able to lift and move heavy chocolate boxes (up to 44lbs.)
• · Able to lift and maneuver containers of up to 60 lbs.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
