Overview
We are a Japanese Ramen Restaurant looking to hire servers who are passionate about guest relations and providing exceptional service in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Ability to work efficiently with others as a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and cash handling
- Excellent guest relations skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests
- Assist with bussing duties as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Operate cash register and handle payment transactions
- Perform other restaurant tasks as assigned
- Food Handlers card required and OLCC servers permit required if 18

Looking for candidates with weekday day time (10:30am-5:30pm) availability and weekend availability.
