We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team in Gresham. The ideal candidate has previous serving experience, communicates well with customers, and can manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks
- Check on guests throughout their meal
- Handle customer payments and transactions
- Clear, clean, and reset tables
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work
- Maintain a clean dining area
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong customer-service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable handling multiple tables
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to speak Chinese is a plus and may be helpful when assisting some customers, but it is not required
Required Availability
- Monday: 4:30 PM–9:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:30 AM–9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:30 AM–9:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:30 AM–9:00 PM
Compensation
- $17.00 per hour
- Server keeps 100% of earned tips
