- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor service quality and ensure a welcoming, friendly dining experience.
- Implement customer feedback and suggestions to improve service standards.F
- Food & Beverage Delivery: Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of high-quality orders and check on guests' satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and wine/cocktail lists to provide confident recommendations and upsell items where appropriate.
- Payment Processing: Issue bills and process cash and credit card payments accurately and responsibly.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and service stations in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Teamwork: Assist team members with various duties, such as answering phones, rolling silverware, or running food for other tables, to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
