About the Role:
KYRYS Medical is developing the next-generation minimally invasive SI joint fusion solutions. We are looking for a senior, field-based Area Sales Director who wants to help build something early, not simply manage a territory. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leadership role. You will own an area, drive early revenue, build distributor relationships from the ground up, and establish long-term partnerships with physicians and ASCs. Purpose of the Role:
Accelerate revenue growth across priority geographies by combining direct selling excellence with strategic distributor development. This role plays a critical part in early market penetration, distributor recruitment, and the creation of durable physician and ASC relationships.

Based in Tampa, FL, or Philadelphia/NJ/Baltimore/DC

Key Responsibilities:
Full area revenue ownership
Direct selling in strategic, high-value accounts
Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of distributor partners
Execution of area sales meetings, training events, and conference initiatives
Forecasting discipline, pipeline ownership, and expense management
This is a player-coach role with significant autonomy and visibility.
Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of medical device sales experience
Experience calling on interventional pain, spine, or ASC environments preferred
Exposure to distributor or hybrid direct/distributor sales models
Comfortable in early-stage environments with limited infrastructure
High ownership mindset with strong clinical credibility
Compensation and Growth:
