Compensation
- Base Salary: $130K - $150K
- Variable Compensation: $80K – $100K
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $230K – $250K
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 7 sales representatives across the Northeast U.S. region.
- Own regional performance across a hospital-based respiratory and airway portfolio.
- Drive execution of regional sales strategy aligned with corporate and field leadership priorities.
- Stabilize and improve regional performance against revenue targets and growth expectations.
- Identify, coach, and develop talent while upgrading team performance where needed.
- Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, distributor partners, and regional decision-makers.
- Partner with distributor sales teams and key accounts to expand product adoption and market penetration.
- Develop accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and consistent performance reporting.
- Execute and optimize regional incentive plans, SPIFFs, and sales programs to drive performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and product teams to support growth initiatives.
- Manage regional budget and ensure disciplined expense control.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer engagements as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5 years of progressive sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or related industries.
- At least 1 year of experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team.
- Strong preference for experience in DME, distribution, respiratory, anesthesia, or hospital-based selling environments.
- Proven ability to turn around underperforming regions or teams and drive sustainable growth.
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, working manager approach.
- Demonstrated success in building high-performance sales teams and driving KPI achievement.
- Experience working with distributor partners is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the region.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
