Job OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) based in the United States to drive growth for our digital and technology services portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring and managing B2B clients for SEO, website design and development, CRM software, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and mobile & web application development.
This is a remote position requiring strong US-market sales experience, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth- Generate and close new B2B business across the US market for:
- SEO & Search Engine Optimization services
- Website design and development (corporate, e-commerce, custom)
- CRM software solutions and integrations
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Mobile and web application development
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify and engage qualified prospects through cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and partnerships
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Develop partnerships with agencies, consultants, and technology vendors in the US
- Understand client business objectives and recommend the right mix of digital and technology solutions
- Prepare tailored proposals and pricing based on client needs
- Coordinate with internal SEO, development, ads, and tech teams for accurate scoping
- Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to project teams
- Maintain long-term client relationships to drive upsells and cross-sells
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement
- Monitor US market trends in digital marketing, SaaS, and app development
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing
- Provide feedback to leadership to improve service positioning and sales strategy
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the US market
- Proven experience selling one or more of the following:
- SEO and digital marketing services
- Website and application development services
- CRM or SaaS-based solutions
- Google Ads and Meta Ads services
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and close deals end-to-end
- Prior experience with digital agencies, IT services firms, or SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Existing network of US-based founders, CMOs, marketing heads, or decision-makers
