Business Analyst/ Quality Assurance Analyst
Required Skills and Experience
* 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Salesforce projects.
* 2 years of experience working with public-sector clients or programs (state, local, or federal).
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
* Strong skills in process modeling, user story creation, and requirements documentation.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps.
* Familiarity with Configuration-based requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Experience with data migration, integration design, and API-based systems.
* Understanding of FedRAMP, NIST, CJIS, or StateRAMP compliance frameworks.
* Experience with test automation tools for Salesforce. (e.g., Provar, Selenium, Copado).
Primary Responsibilities
* Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions across multiple agencies or departments.
* Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud portals, and case management systems.
* Translate complex public-sector policies and procedures into configurable Salesforce features and workflows.
* Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation in tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Education
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Certification
* Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification. (preferred)
* Salesforce Consultant Certification. (Service Cloud or Public Sector Solutions preferred).
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile BA certification. (preferred)
* ISTQB or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) certification. (preferred)
