Business Analyst (On-site)
Primary Responsibilities
* Experience documenting business processes, requirements, user stories, technical workflows, and requirements traceability matrix.
* Experience in leading and coordinating JAD sessions.
* Creates process flowcharts, diagrams, drawings and other related documentation.
* Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
* Create Test plans by incorporating business process flows and requirements.
* Maintain user guides, onboarding materials, help documentation, and training materials.
* Identify process or system improvements, and recommend scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and redesign processes for improved operational efficiency.
* Proficiency in Visio, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
* Develop and maintain documentation for procedures, policies, and processes.
* Ability to build and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
