Primary Function:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain production / development machines on the floor
- Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of equipment during production
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance or repairs for equipment
- Perform troubleshooting activities including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to understand equipment and assist in troubleshooting
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments / alignments to machines
- Assist in initial machine setup before releasing to operators for production
- Use a variety of hand and power tools
- Detect operational errors / defects and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Comply with all safety regulations and LOTO procedures

- Strong Technical Aptitude

- Basic ability use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

- Excellent computer skills
- Good math skills
- Willing and able to lift 30 lbs. and push heavy carts
- Ability to multi-task and monitor multiple stations at one time
- Ability to follow all safety and environmental standards for the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years relevant manufacturing experience in a similar equipment support position, or 2 Year degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
