The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance & Administration, the Director of Information Technology serves as the organization's senior technology leader and trusted advisor. This executive will develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities while strengthening cybersecurity, improving cyber resilience, advancing responsible AI, and ensuring technology investments support collaboration, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
The Director will lead enterprise technology initiatives, oversee infrastructure and vendor partnerships, champion change management, and foster a culture where technology is viewed as a secure, accessible, and strategic business enabler. This position is based in Pittsburgh and follows a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and remote work on Fridays.

The successful candidate will:
- Champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- Balance operational excellence, cybersecurity, and innovation.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing technology team.
- Bring approximately 10 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least five years leading people.
