What You’ll Do
- Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes with precision and efficiency
- Produce complex parts that meet tight tolerances, quality standards, and production timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
- Work independently or as part of a collaborative shop team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controls
- Strong ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Experience working in a machine shop environment (1 year preferred)
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Reliable, self-motivated work style with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform shop-floor duties safely
