Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Technology Tickets
  • Assist in daily operations of the IT help desk and respond promptly to user requests.
  • Support department shared drives, including file recovery, version rollback and
permission management.
  • Provide assistance with PDF manipulation (editing, extraction, and conversion).
  • Acknowledge new tickets within eight (8) working hours; assign or escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain updated ticket statuses and prioritize issues to prevent technology delays.
Kampus Technology Support
  • Provide printer and copier support (jam resolution, scanning assistance, ink replacement).
  • Assist with digital presentations, ensuring A/V functionality and seamless user
experience.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Diagnose and resolve wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
Digital Support
  • Maintain Google Workspace applications, permissions, and group settings (Calendars,
Drives, Aliases, etc.).
  • Manage and update 1Password entries and user access credentials.
  • Support account setup, troubleshooting, and system access requests.
Event Support
  • Provide technical setup and A/V assistance for company meetings and events (projectors,
microphones, clickers, etc.).
  • Travel occasionally to support off-site company functions.
  • Maintain and track A/V and technology equipment inventory.
Inventory, Communications, and Onboarding
  • Procure, configure, and register hardware and software for users; maintain asset tracking
records.
  • Set up new user accounts, install necessary software, and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Configure and maintain cellular and VoIP accounts and devices.
  • Maintain technology inventory and documentation, including serial numbers and issued
equipment.

Job Qualifications:
Language Ability
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents, contracts and professional
journals.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedural documentation.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical
audiences.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift or move up to 60 pounds.
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and climb or balance when installing
equipment.
  • Must be able to use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard and related office
equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Experience:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the installation,
maintenance, and support of computer systems, networks and related technology.

Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
preferred; or equivalent work experience.
