Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician, located in Santa Ana, CA. The IT Technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems, installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting system issues, and performing regular updates. Additionally, the technician will provide technical support to internal staff, ensuring that all IT-related functions are operating smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in IT infrastructure management and network administration
- Knowledge of operating systems and database management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or similar are a plus but not required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
