Pay Range: $24.66 to $36.99
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
IT Business Integrations Support Analyst 1

About the Role
Join Kwik Trip’s Network Services team as an IT Business Integrations Support Analyst 1. In this role, you’ll provide first-level support for business software solutions, ensuring systems are implemented, documented, tested, and supported effectively. You’ll also assist with training and help optimize processes for our contact center platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-level support for designated business software solutions
- Assist with implementing and maintaining contact center software
- Gather and analyze requirements for contact center systems
- Coordinate testing and communication with business units
- Document procedures, processes, and system configurations
- Create job aids and training materials for contact center platforms
- Analyze data trends and recommend improvements based on insights
- Support testing, training, and documentation during implementations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with contact centers
- 0–2 years of relevant IT or support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and technical documentation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Even Better If You Have
- Knowledge of creating APIs and integrations with ServiceNow and Salesforce
- Experience with telecommunications voice and data circuits
- Familiarity with virtual agent creation and maintenance
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required.
