Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time IT Business Integration/Support Analyst.
In this role, you will primarily serve as a technical resource for Kwik Trip’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and responsible for configuration and administration within the Manhattan Active software.
Regular tasks include:
- Provide technical support for enterprise systems and applications, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring that all changes meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Serve as a knowledge expert/super user of supported systems.
- Assist with implementation, documentation, and training of supported systems.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to assist in the design, testing, and implementation of system solutions.
- Work in partnership across multiple functional areas of the business.
- Assist with the design of innovative solutions with technical, external vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports that meet business needs and ensure data accuracy.
- Utilize JIRA, Service Now and Scrum methodologies to help with defining, planning, and prioritization of work.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 1-3 years of experience in a software development, IT, or a related field.
- OR a minimum of 4 years of experience as a business or IT software specialist.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and self-prioritize work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to ask appropriate questions, interpret co-worker requests, and develop detailed design specifications.
- Capability to work under minimal supervision, self-motivated to look for new opportunities and to provide value.
- Capacity to coordinate multiple projects and conflicting priorities to provide technical support.
- Experience in data tables, manipulation, and processing across multiple systems.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices (SCRUM/Agile)
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working within Supply Chain including but not limited to: Procurement, Manufacturing, Food Safety Regulations, and Distribution
- Knowledge of Manhattan Active or similar warehouse management systems
- Experience with SQL, database management, and data analysis tools.
- Exposure to server and database platforms
- Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies.
- General knowledge of XML, JSON, APIs
- Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Cognos)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
