About the Role

In this role, you’ll work on a mix of residential and commercial projects—ranging from new builds to framing, remodeling, and restoration. Whether you’re an experienced carpenter looking to show off your craftsmanship or a skilled laborer ready to step up, this position rewards experience, solid attendance, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Framing & Carpentry: Perform rough framing, trim carpentry, siding, door/window installation, cabinet hanging, and fixture mounting.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution.
- General Labor & Prep: Assist with concrete forming, rebar placement, roofing, demolition, and site cleanup.
- Restoration & Remodeling: Help with remodeling and restoration tasks as needed.
- Equipment & Tools: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to job site safety protocols.
Qualifications & Core Requirements
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, consistent, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Carpentry Experience: Solid background in framing (wood or metal stud), drywall, trim, or general woodworking.
- Plan Reading: Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and basic building specs.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and handle demanding physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Safety Mindset: Strong understanding of power tool safety and standard job site practices.
- Driver's License: Preferred/Wanted, but not required to apply.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required):
- Experience with concrete, masonry, or restoration (e.g., water/mold damage)
- Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical schematics
- Experience operating specialized manufacturing or CNC equipment
