DFW Lube Ventures LLC, a rapidly expanding Quick Lube and Automotive Repair company in the DFW area, is hiring motivated Customer Service Advisors for multiple locations.

We are looking for outgoing, sales-oriented individuals who enjoy talking to customers, recommending services, and keeping a fast-paced shop moving. This position is best suited for someone with automotive quick lube, maintenance, or service advisor experience.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. This position requires working in and around the shop throughout the day. Applicants must be comfortable working outside in Texas heat, cold weather, rain, and normal shop conditions.

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be one of the first people our customers see when they arrive. You will greet customers, listen to their concerns, explain recommended services, and help ensure every customer receives a professional and efficient experience.

You will also work closely with our technicians and management team to keep vehicles moving through the shop quickly while maintaining strong customer service and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Listen to customer concerns and recommend services based on their vehicle’s needs.

Sell and explain quick lube and maintenance-based services, including oil changes, filters, batteries, fluid services, state inspections, and other preventive maintenance items.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer and their vehicle.

Communicate clearly with technicians and management to ensure vehicles are completed in a timely manner.

Keep customers updated on vehicle status, service recommendations, and any delays.

Handle cash, credit card, and debit card transactions accurately.

Use computer systems and point-of-sale software to write tickets, process payments, and document services.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area.

Follow company processes, customer service standards, and shop procedures.

Work outside and around the shop in heat, cold, rain, and changing weather conditions.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must be outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking with customers.

Must be sales-oriented and motivated to hit goals.

Previous customer service experience is required.

Automotive quick lube, service advisor, or basic vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred.

Basic knowledge of oil changes, state inspections, filters, batteries, tires, and fluid services is preferred.

Must be able to obtain a Texas State Inspector license.

Must be dependable, on time, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to multitask and prioritize during busy periods.

Must be comfortable working outdoors and around an active automotive shop.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
