This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Director. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, prepare and analyze financial statements, and guide financial reporting processes. Responsibilities include budget management, financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Director will evaluate company performance through analytical methods and provide strategic insights for effective decision-making to support organizational growth.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Proven experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and developing strategies
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CPA) preferred
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of compliance standards and financial regulations
