TITLE: SR Program Analyst (Sensitive Activities Analysis)CLEARANCE: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.LOCATION: Mark Center - Alexandria, VARequired Education and Certification:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or a minimum of 6 years of experience in lieu of education, managing sensitive activities or a special access program.Required Skills and Relevant Experience:Minimum 5 years of combined Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Service staff, or 2 – 4-star level Command experience working on OIE-related sensitive and special access program operations and policies.Ability to interface with senior-level management.Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and advice.Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience:Master’s degree from an accredited university in any field of study; and,Experience with and knowledge of multiple OIE disciplines i.e. MISO, military deception, and cyberspace or space operations.Kwaan Bear Technology IT Solutions (KBITS) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind.
