Job Summary
As a Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in the distribution center's operations by ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of incoming shipments. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficiency of the warehouse management system.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Inspect packages for damages and discrepancies
- Track inventory
-Print Shipping labels using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship
- Perform order picking and packing
- Operate pallet jacks for moving and storing goods
- Collaborate with the shipping team to coordinate outbound shipments
Requirements
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of order picking processes
- Ability to operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Understanding of E-commerce logistics is a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
- Previous experience shipping and receiving
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Experience in order picking and fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
