Join a team that's making a difference in the lives of children and teens. At KVC Missouri's Residential Treatment Center, our nurses provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to youth ages 6-20 with behavioral health needs in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

Registered Nurses (RN)

• $37-$41/hour Shift Premiums
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LPT)

• $25-$28/hour
• $2,500 Sign-on Bonus

What You'll Do

As a member of our nursing team, you'll:

• Provide routine, urgent, and emergency medical care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Help create a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Educate youth and families on treatment plans and health needs.

Qualifications

RN

• Current Missouri RN license

LPN/LPT

• Current Missouri LPN or Licensed Psychiatric Technician license

All Applicants

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
