Residential Treatment Setting

Position Summary
The Food Service Worker prepares and serves meals for youth in residential care while following food safety and sanitation standards. This role supports daily operations and models professionalism and respect for the children served.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals for children and adolescents
Set up and maintain serving areas and equipment
Follow safe food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Clean kitchen, storage, and dining areas
Monitor refrigeration temperatures
Model respectful, professional behavior
Schedule
Full-time position
Rotating schedule with weekends included
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Kitchen or cafeteria experience required
Experience working with children in a school or residential setting preferred
Basic computer and email skills
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
