We’re looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join our team and lead the production operation at our Kansas facility. If you are an experienced leader with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes, inspiring teams, and ensuring products meet top-tier standards, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Partner with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams to implement process enhancements
  • Collaborate on workflow design and the selection of new tools and equipment
  • Ensure alignment between Operational Services and internal/external customer demand

Safety & Housekeeping:

  • Promote and enforce safety protocols throughout production areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization to support a safe, efficient workplace

Administrative Duties:

  • Authorize production tool and equipment purchases
  • Participate in executive staff meetings and lead internal production communications

Who You Are:

A strong communicator and decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You are motivated by continuous improvement, are highly organized, and bring both a strategic mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to every challenge.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to draw valid conclusions quickly
  • Flexible and adaptable in response to schedule changes, supply challenges, or staffing needs

  • Must be comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and technical documents
  • Must remain composed in high-stress situations and prioritize effectively
