Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractic Wellness Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our clinic, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional chiropractic care, providing wellness education, and promoting our membership program to patients. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and offering ongoing support to our members in their journey towards optimal health.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide Chiropractic Care: Perform chiropractic adjustments, manipulations, and other therapeutic procedures to improve patients' spinal alignment, alleviate pain, and enhance overall wellness.

2. Conduct Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' health history, perform physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic imaging to develop accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

3. Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitative exercises, lifestyle modifications, and other holistic approaches to promote overall well-being.

4. Educate Patients: Communicate the benefits of chiropractic care and the importance of proactive wellness management to patients, emphasizing the advantages of enrolling in our membership program.

5. Offer Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to members by monitoring their progress, addressing concerns, and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

6. Promote Membership Program: Actively promote our membership program, highlighting its advantages, exclusive benefits, and cost-effectiveness to potential and existing patients.

7. Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.

8. Collaborate with Team: Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic, such as massage therapists, nutritionists, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.

9. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of current research, advancements, and best practices in chiropractic care and wellness management to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

1. Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.

2. Current state license or eligibility to practice chiropractic.

3. Demonstrated experience in providing chiropractic care, preferably with a focus on wellness and preventive care.

4. Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

5. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and promote the membership program.

7. Ability to educate and motivate patients to adopt healthy lifestyle changes.

8. Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.

9. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up to date with the latest advancements in chiropractic care and wellness management.
