Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractic Wellness Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our clinic, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional chiropractic care, providing wellness education, and promoting our membership program to patients. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and offering ongoing support to our members in their journey towards optimal health.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Chiropractic Care: Perform chiropractic adjustments, manipulations, and other therapeutic procedures to improve patients' spinal alignment, alleviate pain, and enhance overall wellness.
2. Conduct Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' health history, perform physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic imaging to develop accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
3. Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitative exercises, lifestyle modifications, and other holistic approaches to promote overall well-being.
4. Educate Patients: Communicate the benefits of chiropractic care and the importance of proactive wellness management to patients, emphasizing the advantages of enrolling in our membership program.
5. Offer Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to members by monitoring their progress, addressing concerns, and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications:
1. Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
2. Current state license or eligibility to practice chiropractic.

4. Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
5. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans.
