Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors during patient intake and treatments.
- Perform therapeutic modalities, including
- Electrical Stimulation
- Ultrasound Therapy
- Laser Therapy
- Radial Shockwave (Focused & Radial)
- Spinal Traction/Decompression
- Accurately and clearly chart patient notes in EMR software.
- Educate patients on clinic services and products; make recommendations as appropriate.
- Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitized after each patient.
- Assist with laundry and general office cleanliness.
- Provide administrative support to the office manager and front desk staff, including assistance with the check-in/check-out process, answering phones, and scheduling appointments on an as-needed basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the doctors, office manager, and front desk staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a chiropractic office. Ideal candidate would have hands-on experience with all therapies.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in patient documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and punctual – strong work ethic is a must.
- Team player with a “pitch-in” attitude and a commitment to patient care.
- CPR certification and knowledge of HIPAA standards.
