Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team . In this role, the Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting prospective recruiting meetings, and assisting in the onboarding process. They will collaborate closely with relationship managers to understand partner needs, develop portfolios, and identify high end opportunities. Additional responsibilities include creating recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive prospect experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Experience in merchant services Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Candidate Sourcing.
- Proficiency in ISO environments plus residual and schedule A understanding.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines and handle high-volume workloads effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, aligned with organizational goals.
