Installation Representative

• Provide remote installation and training to new merchant accounts in the use of credit card terminal or eCommerce gateway.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems and issues associated with new installation of products or services.
• Resolution of merchant and client requests in timely matter and responding to inquiries or requests via phone and e-mail.
• Pre-Sales support of Kurv products and services with internal clients, sales and vendor partners.
• Utilization of several different software and web-based systems
• Download of processing software and deployment of credit card terminals.
• Organize and package marketing collateral and stickers to be shipped with equipment.
• Participate in ongoing product and services training and effectively cross-train team members.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Experience

• Experience in a Customer Service environment
• Technical knowledge of hardware and software
• Strong analytical, organization and planning skills
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet required deadlines and manage multiple new account installations
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic industry and work in a fast paced office
• Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
• Knowledge of PC/Windows/Internet related technologies; knowledge and experience working with MS Word and Excel and must demonstrate an ability to learn new and customized software/web-based applications

Desired Experience:

• Sales experience
• Prior experience in Merchant Services or Electronic Payments Industry.
• Ability to conduct and control remote training sessions utilizing Go-To-Meeting.
