Kurt Manufacturing is looking to add a facility maintenance position to our team. This role is responsible for performing routine work that assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and some light maintenance.
The ideal candidate for this position will have three months of experience performing similar tasks, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to complete tasks independently.
The anticipated hiring rate for this position is $19.65 – $23.00 per hour. The hourly rate may be determined by a combination of factors including the candidates experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and education.

- Perform maintenance on office and buildings
- Duties may include a combination of: sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors, removing chips, disposing of trash and other refuse; cleaning lavatories, showers and restrooms
- May assist with general machine maintenance

- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 3 month of related experience
- 6 months of related experience

- Maintain balance to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching when moving about on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces
- Kneel by bending legs at knees to come to rest on knee(s)
- Pick, pinch, or otherwise work primarily with fingers
- Have near acuity with clarity of vision at 20 inches or less
