CNC Lathe Operator / Programmer – Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision machined components
- Create and edit programs using Mazak and Fanuc controls
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining processes
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and offsets required for production
- Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools
- Adjust programs, feeds, speeds, and tooling to maintain part quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machining or programming issues and implement solutions
- Maintain organized work area and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
- Experience programming and operating CNC lathes
- Proficiency with Mazak and/or Fanuc controls
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday – Day Shift
- Overtime available as needed

- Pay range: $25 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
