You’ll lead initiatives that ensure compliance, elevate performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-visibility role where your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic growth.What You’ll Do:Lead the ISO 9001 Program: Own internal and vendor audits, maintain audit calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on findingsLead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of quality professionals, driving excellence and continuous improvementChampion Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and coordinate external, customer, and registration auditsDrive Quality Culture: Facilitate Quality Review Boards and Management Review Meetings, and communicate quality objectives across teamsDevelop & Train: Create and deliver training on quality manuals, procedures, and QMS best practicesVendor Quality Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Management to qualify, rate, and improve vendor performanceCorrective Action Leadership: Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions across departmentsDocument Control: Ensure robust documentation and process control throughout the organizationContinuous Improvement: Lead initiatives using Lean, 5S, value stream mapping, and other methodologies to optimize processesQuality Metrics & Reporting: Track and communicate progress on corporate quality objectives and KPIs.What You BringRequired:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5 years in Quality Management or related fieldDeep knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with ISO 14001Certified internal or lead auditorStrong analytical and root cause analysis skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Technical knowledge in vacuum systems, leak detection and inspection techniquesPreferred:ASQ Certifications (CQM/OE, CQA, CQE)Lean or Six Sigma certificationExperience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or technical environmentHow We Measure Success:Achievement of corporate quality objectivesCost savings through effective corrective/preventive actionsSuccessful ISO audit outcomes and sustained certificationsStrong cross-functional relationships and team engagementDemonstrated leadership in driving a quality-first cultureWhy Join KJLC?Be part of a mission-driven company with global impactContribute to cutting-edge technologies that shape the futureOn-site gym, wellness programs, and walking trailsComprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and employee recognition programsElectric vehicle charging stations and recycling initiativesA collaborative, mission-driven cultureKurt J Lesker Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
