RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Nursing Scheduler/Labor Manager, your primary responsibility is setting the scheduled for our nursing staff.
- Understands staffing ratios and PPD to meet staffing needs.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work professionally and effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Administrative or logistics background
- Experience in healthcare or long term care helpful but not required
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience and knowledge of staffing ratios and PPD preferred
