Civil Project Designer

We re seeking a talented and motivated Civil Project Designer to join a leading multidisciplinary engineering and design firm based in Towson, Maryland. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful land development projects, including residential communities and commercial developments.

You ll be directly involved in site engineering and design work, focusing on roadways, water and sewer systems, storm drains, stormwater management, grading, and erosion control. This position is ideal for professionals with 0 5 years of experience who are eager to grow within a collaborative and technically driven environment.

• Perform site design and engineering for land development projects (residential and commercial).

• Prepare plans for grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility layouts.

• Utilize AutoCAD and related design software for drafting and modeling.

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support design and production activities.

• Assist in technical calculations and project documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate with local agencies and review authorities as needed.

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (EIT license preferred).

• 1 5 years of relevant experience in land development and site design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience highly preferred).

• Familiarity with TR-55, HydroCAD, and/or PondPack is a strong plus.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team.
