Duties and Responsibilities

Accounting

· Supervise and perform daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

· Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance

· Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

· Manage Reporting functions and Aging reports

· Generate, review, and distribute accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner

· Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

· Set up new accounts and provide credit references for our customer

· Support implementation of new systems, tools, or accounting processes

· Delegate workload, monitor performance, and support professional growth

· Support internal and external audits

· Resolve billing discrepancies by working with customers and internal departments

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and billing standards

· Process adjustments, credits, and refunds as needed

· Reports to Sales on Customer financials and escalate trends

· Manage Accounting Customer Relations and proactively increase customer satifaction

· Manage/ Collaborate with direct oversite to reconcile accounts and close month-end billing

· Supervise employees in the department

· Manage Accounting Emails

· Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Traits

· Leadership experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

· CPA or CMA certification preferred (or progress toward certification)

· 5 years of progressive accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred

· Strong knowledge of GAAP (and/or IFRS as applicable)

· Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)

· Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools

· Excellent customer service (Required)

· Strong organizational and time management skills (Required)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Self-Motivated to get work done in support of personnel and company objectives

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP experience (preferred)

· Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

· Ability to work independently and also in a team environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
