Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Manager located in or around Omaha, Nebraska. The District Manager will oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they meet business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining store compliance with company policies. The District Manager will also analyze sales data, create performance reports, and ensure store profitability through effective management and leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management, including hiring, training, supervising staff, as well as a consultative sales background
- Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies and driving sales performance
- Ability to monitor inventory levels and maintain store compliance
- Strong analytical skills for analyzing sales data and creating performance reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores in a district
- Experience in the vaping or e-cigarette industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
