🏬 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver standout guest service
- Set the tone for a positive, high-energy store culture
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Create schedules and ensure strong daily coverage
- Drive sales through smart merchandising and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory and keep stock levels dialed in
- Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and daily deposits
- Review and approve timecards (never your own) and manage labor responsibly
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure the stores are clean, organized, compliant, and guest-ready at all times
- Track performance metrics and take action to hit goals

Pay range and compensation package
Base Salary $50-60k Bonus opportunity. Bonus structure is performance-based and tied to the success of your assigned region.
