About the Role
We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of residential construction projects. This role is responsible for scheduling, coordination and follow-through across active jobs ensuring projects stay on track, crews are supported and issues are resolved before they escalate.
This is a hands-on PM role. You’ll succeed here if you value planning, communication and steady leadership.
What You’ll Do
Project Execution & Scheduling
- Manage project schedules and daily coordination across assigned jobs
- Sequence work based on labor availability and timelines
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors and materials with field leadership
- Identify risks early and adjust plans to keep projects moving
Project Management Oversight
- Set clear execution expectations for each project
- Ensure project plans are followed and standards are met
- Review plans for constructability and sequencing
- Work with internal support staff to keep documentation current
Capacity & Coordination
- Monitor workload and crew capacity
- Communicate constraints and potential conflicts to leadership
- Help protect field teams from over commitment
Client Communication & Issue Resolution
- Provide consistent project updates to clients
- Address project-level concerns professionally and efficiently
- Escalate larger issues appropriately without involving ownership unnecessarily
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with field leads to support execution
- Partner with team on project handoffs and timelines
- Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and buildability
- Experience working closely with field crews
- Clear, confident communicator
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential construction experience
- Experience in a growing construction company
- Familiarity with JobTread or similar project management software
