We are seeking a full time Overnight Front Desk Clerk, shifts are from 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
We are also seeking a part time 2nd Shift Front Desk Clerk, shifts are from 3:00PM to 11:00PM.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional check-in experience
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately using hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and in person
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel PMS software is a plus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented demeanor
