We are hiring a motivated and dependable Early Learner Assistant to support young children (ages 3–6) in developing early reading and math skills in a structured Kumon environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with young students on foundational skills (phonics, counting, pencil skills)
- Guide students through daily worksheets and activities
- Provide encouragement and maintain focus during class time
- Assist with classroom organization and student flow
- Communicate observations to the instructor
What We’re Looking For:
- Patient, positive, and enjoys working with children
- Strong communication and basic academic skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a structured learning environment
- High school students (age 16 ), college students, and adults welcome to apply
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working with children, tutoring, or education
