Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Kumon Center Assistant to join our team! As a vital part of our learning center, you will support students in developing their math and reading skills while maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students with Kumon worksheets, providing guidance as needed.
- Grade and record student assignments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the instructor.
- Help maintain a quiet and focused learning atmosphere.
- Organize worksheets and materials for student use.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Communicate with parents when needed regarding student progress.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in math and reading (high school level or above).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Patient, friendly, and passionate about education.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
