What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Reading Tutor position at Huntington Learning Center?
We are currently looking for Part-Time tutors at our Yorktown center! The position being offered is for our Skill-based Program:
- Work with students between K-8th grade.
- Focus on the foundational skills: reading comprehension, lower level math skills, and writing.
- Instruct in either a 1:1 or 4:1 setting.
- There are no lesson plans to write or homework to grade.

Huntington Teacher Requirements include:
- 4-year degree required.

Center Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 2-8:30pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 9am-5pm
Compensation: $17-$20 commensurate with experience.
