Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is responsible for responding to service requests related to plumbing, lighting and general maintenance issues within our 8 store locations and various rental properties.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs including basic mechanical, plumbing and electric and some carpentry
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance as needed to ensure ongoing functioning of refrigeration systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license/clean driving record
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
- Company supplied tools
- Mileage reimbursement
- Must be able to use a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds
