Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician for apartment buildings in North Versailles, East McKeesport, Wilmerding, and Edgewood.
Pay and Benefits
- $23-26/hour, paid weekly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. on-call rotation

Responsibilities
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
- Commons work orders include unclogging drains, changing p-traps, replacing light fixtures, etc.
- Preventative maintenance
- Rotating on-call service for after-hours maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance
- Experience using tools
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal, reliable, and insured vehicle
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
