Welder

Overview:


We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our welding team. This role involves welding and fabiracting various components for industrial machines using a stainless steel and a variety of tools. This is a hands on position that requires strong mechanical aptitude, percision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications

• Fabricate and assemble metal components to required dimensions and tolerances

• Operate tools and equipment commonly used in metal fabrication (grinders, saws, drills, etc.)

• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications

• Troubleshoot fitment, alignment, and welding issues as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow all safety procedures and welding standards

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding

• Ability to weld stainless steel and other metals

• Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment

• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices

Job Type:

• Full time

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30 PM

• Pay: $20-$28 per hour

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid drivers license

• Subject to pre-employement physical and drug screening

Additional Notes:

• This is a hands on role

• Ideal for someone who enjoys welding, fabrication, and working with metal

• Optional overtime is occasionally available
