Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm

Job description:
Falcon Industries is looking to add a Machine Operator to Spot-Welding team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to run repetitive production parts.
- Reports to Department Manager.
- May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require.
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing
- Minimum 1 year experience in spot welding
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols.
- Ability to read blueprints and measure parts.
- Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in timely manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Dependable
- Detail oriented
- Energetic and eager to learn
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 pounds
- Ability to sit, walk and stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in noisy environment, varying temperatures
- Experience in metal shop production
- Basic welding (MIG, TIG)
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
