In this role, you will report to a manager and have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday to Friday, 10:30am- 7:00pm and will be pay weekly.

- Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
- Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
- Manage unloading of inbound shipments and the orderly stacking of product.
- Pick and stage outbound shipments following the highest possible levels of quality and productivity
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors.
- Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that tasks are assigned and completed
- Maintain product locator system, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Complete all necessary records and reports
- Assure the integrity of the inventory and help conduct physical inventories
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The right candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace.
- At least 2 years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
- Experience with healthcare customers.
- 2 years of experience in a warehousing environment, including at least 1 year of recent experience in a supervisory role.
- 1 years of inventory experience including cycle counting.
- 1 years of Excel experience; can enter accurate data and create complex spreadsheets.
- Can work overtime and weekends.
- English fluency.
