The Sea Logistics Pricing Specialist works closely with the Sales Team, account owners, Business Operations, and Sea Freight Trade Managers to support growth and profit targets for the USA FCL product. Responsibilities include formulating and managing responses to mid‑size regional bids (RFQs) and handling spot‑quotation requests.

The Sea Logistics Pricing Specialist works closely with the Sales Team, account owners, Business Operations, and Sea Freight Trade Managers to support growth and profit targets for the USA FCL product. Responsibilities include formulating and managing responses to mid‑size regional bids (RFQs) and handling spot‑quotation requests.
- Work within the Export Pricing Team to develop and prepare responses for local and regional RFQs, as well as local spot‑pricing requests.
- Manage pricing updates for existing customers, including rate extensions or revisions, monthly General Rate Increases (GRIs), and quarterly bunker adjustments such as BAF/BUC.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Managers to monitor market trends and carrier performance across assigned trade lanes and products.
- Support allocation management by working with the Pricing Manager and Trade Managers to execute steer instructions and provide timely solutions for space‑request escalations.
- Freight forwarding experience, seafreight preferred
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field
- Proficieny in MS Office Suite (Intermediate excel skills required)
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy when working with rate data and customer requests
- Geographic awareness and the ability to connect trade lanes, market conditions, and customer needs to build competitive pricing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide clear, timely responses to customer inquiries
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
